Yesterday evening I met up with friends for an Indian meal in the Regal Haandi restaurant which is situated close to Strawbery Hill station (well about a 15-20 minute walk by my estimation).

The staff are attentive and friendly (indeed I was warned, several times to mind my head as I walked up stairs to the toilet as the ceiling is rather low)!

The service was quick and efficient. I enjoyed an alu chat (very tasty with lemon to bring out the flavour) and a prawn curry which was also very good. I chose a bottle of Cobra to go with my meal (the Haandi sells the large bottles unlike some establishments which only provide small bottles).

At the end of the meal I felt fit to burst!
